There is no purchase necessary to enter or win Boss Team Games, LLC (“BTG”) giveaways, sweepstakes, or promotions (the “Sweepstakes”). Your entry in the Sweepstakes is governed by the official rules herein (individually and collectively the “Sweepstakes Rules”). All promotions are sponsored by BTG unless otherwise noted.

All entrants in the Sweepstakes agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein, including all rules and eligibility requirements. All entries shall be subject to all restrictions and eligibility requirements contained herein. Entrants also agree to be bound by all decisions of BTG and agree that all BTG decisions shall be final and binding. All matters relating to the interpretation and application of these Sweepstakes Rules shall be decided by BTG in its sole discretion.

Incomplete entries will be disqualified or if BTG determines, in its sole discretion, that an entrant has violated the terms and conditions of these Sweepstakes Rules.

Winners:  There will be ten (10) winners selected by random drawing, or other process selected by BTG, from eligible entries from Eligible Participants who meet the Entry Requirements during the Term (individually, a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”).  Winners will be chosen at the conclusion of the promotion on October 29, 2022.  A maximum of one winner will be permitted per household.  BTG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternative winner for any Award if it determines for any reason that an entry has been disqualified or is deemed ineligible.  By entering you are granting your consent to allow BTG to communicate with you on your Twitter channel and send you correspondence to a physical address.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Award:  Each winner will receive One (1) copy of the Savini Ash Variant code card signed by Tom Savini.  Each Award is valued at approximately seventy-five dollars ($75). The retail value of the Award is subject to change due to market conditions. Awards are not transferrable and BTG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute an Award of equal or greater value.  

Entry Requirements:  To enter this Sweepstakes all eligible participants must complete the following actions:

• Follow the Boss Team Games Twitter feed
• Quote Retweet any of the Sweepstakes announcements related to this promotion that are posted on Boss Team Games’ Twitter feed.

There are no other methods of entry that will be accepted.

Term:  This Sweepstakes begins October 24, 2022 at 12:00am Pacific Time and ends on October 28, 2022 at 11:59pm Pacific Time.  Only valid entries from Eligible Participants that are submitted during the Entry Dates will be considered eligible for the Sweepstakes. BTG shall have no liability or responsibility for entries that are not received during the Term due to service outages, delays in operation or transmission, interruptions, deletions, defects, communication failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access or alteration or other Internet, computer, server, and/or technological problems of any network or any other system regardless of source that prevents any entry from an Eligible Participant from being received or properly considered.  Proof of submission of your entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by BTG.

Eligible Participants: Our Sweepstakes are open to individuals at least eighteen years of age or older when the Sweepstakes begins and are legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of BTG or any affiliated or unaffiliated entities that have performed services for BTG in the previous year, and all related or unrelated members of employee households, are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

Entry Limitations:  No Eligible Participant shall submit multiple entries to the same Sweepstakes and any attempt to do so may result in a disqualification of your entry and/or forfeiture of any Award. Any attempts to use fake accounts, commercial accounts, or any other method to improperly increase the odds of winning the Sweepstakes will result in an immediate disqualification of entry.

Winner Selection:  BTG shall select and notify Award Winners within 24 hours of the conclusion of the entry Term. Each Winner shall be notified via Twitter direct message using the information provided by the Eligible Participant. Notification shall be deemed to have occurred at the moment BTG sends the direct message. All Winners will be required to acknowledge receipt of this notification within seventy-two (72) hours of BTG notification (the “Acknowledgement Period”) and must provide any additional information necessary for the fulfillment of the Award including, but not limited to, a valid mailing address, within the Acknowledgement Period.

Award Acceptance and Delivery:  Winners may be required to execute and have notarized at Winner’s expense, one or more of the following BTG documents as a condition of receiving any Awards from BTG: a) an affidavit of eligibility, b) a liability release, c) a publicity release, and/or d) any other document that BTG may require to evidence compliance with the Sweepstakes Rules. Any required Award Acceptance and Delivery documentation must be executed and returned to BTG within one calendar week from delivery to Winner. If an entrant is unable to verify the information used to submit an entry and establish eligibility, that entrant shall immediately be disqualified and their Award, if any, shall be forfeited. No Award may be distributed to a potential Winner until all documentation that BTG deems necessary to evidence compliance with the Sweepstakes Rules is completed, executed, and delivered to BTG. Any Awards that are won by entrants who are found to be Eligible Participants will be nullified in the sole discretion of BTG. All Awards that are confirmed by BTG shall be shipped to Winner no less than six (6) weeks after receipt by BTG of the Winner’s signed Award Acceptance and Delivery forms.

WINNER AGREES THAT THE AWARD IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT FURTHER WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF VALUE OF ANY KIND. BTG HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL FURTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE AWARD.

Taxes and Expenses:  Winners understand that they are responsible for all taxes and fees related to the receiving an Award in this Sweepstakes, if any.

Publicity: Entrants agree that their participation in the Sweepstakes shall grant BTG a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use their name, general location, Twitter handle and/or email address, entry information, and any photographic, voice, and or likeness rights for the purposes of advertising, publicity, winners’ list notification, or such other reason that BTG may have in all media including print, digital, streaming, broadcast,  whether now known or hereinafter developed worldwide without additional consent or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Entry into the Sweepstakes conveys your consent to receive future promotions, advertisements, notifications, or solicitations by or from BTG and its affiliates, subsidiaries and business partners, via email or other forms of communication.

Severability:  BTG’s failure to enforce any term of these Sweepstakes Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any provision.

Disputes: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved, and causes of action arising out of or in connection to the Sweepstakes or these Sweepstakes Rules, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles, California, and entrant irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Los Angeles, California with respect to any such dispute, cause of action, or other matter. All disputes will be governed and controlled by the laws of the State of California (without regard for its conflicts-of-laws principles). Furthermore, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby irrevocably waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs incurred directly in connection with entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes), and entrant further irrevocably waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased, if any. EACH PARTY EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Privacy: Information collected from entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to BTG’s privacy policy, which may be found here. You understand that when you register on the Twitter website or submit information to or via Twitter, such submissions are also subject to Twitter’s privacy policy.

No Endorsement: While the Sweepstakes may be featured and promoted on social media platforms including, but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and/or other social media platforms, this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms. Your participation in this Sweepstakes includes your agreement that that Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and all other social media platforms are not liable in any way for any claims, damages or losses associated with the Sweepstakes.

Other Terms and Conditions:  Your entry into the Sweepstakes becomes the immediate property of BTG who shall have no obligation to provide acknowledgement, notice, receipt, return, or communication related to your entry. All entries shall become the immediate property of BTG. All entries are presumed to have been made from the owner of the social media, email, or phone account used and no Eligible Participant shall be permitted to make multiple entries from the same account, email, or phone number. All Awards listed herein will be distributed and any Award that is unclaimed within thirty (30) days of notification to Winner using the contact information available to BTG shall be deemed forfeited by Winner. BTG may elect to re-award any forfeited Awards in its sole discretion and reserves the absolute right to determine the manner in which such forfeited Awards may be re-awarded, if any.  If BTG determines or suspects evidence of fraud, tampering or unauthorized intervention with any element of this Sweepstakes, or if fraud or technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, then BTG reserves the unilateral right to void any or all suspect entries and/or cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and distribute the Award in its sole discretion. 

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. WINNER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGE CAUSED OR CLAIMED TO BE CAUSED BY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR BY THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY AWARD.
